MADX Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: August 2026 | Governing terms for using the MADX sports platform, ordering authentic jerseys, and custom kit printing.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using MADX Sports Bangladesh ("MADX"), placing an order, or utilizing our 3D Customizer Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Customer Account Eligibility & Registration
To place an order or maintain an account on MADX, you must provide accurate, current, and complete personal details (Full Name, Valid Mobile Phone Number, and Delivery Address). You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
3. Product Information & Jersey Sizing Guide
We strive to display product colors, fabric textures, authenticity badges, and fit attributes as accurately as possible. Please consult our interactive Smart Size Calculator & Guide on product pages to determine your precise sizing before ordering.
4. Pricing, Currency & Orders
All listed prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). MADX reserves the right to modify prices, promotional coupon discounts, or shipping fees without prior notice. An order confirmation email/receipt does not signify final acceptance; orders remain subject to stock verification and courier service availability.
5. Custom Jersey Orders & Uploaded Artwork Responsibility
Customers using our Customizer Studio to print player names, numbers, or upload custom team logos/sponsor artwork represent and warrant that they possess all necessary rights, licenses, or authorization to use such graphics. MADX is not liable for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided artwork or custom text printing.
6. Payment Terms & Cash on Delivery (COD)
MADX accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), Pre-Order bKash Advance Deposits, and online payment via SSLCOMMERZ (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, VISA, Mastercard). For COD orders, customers agree to pay the complete order total in cash to the delivery courier upon arrival.
7. Pre-Order Booking Conditions
Pre-orders for upcoming season kits or special player printing editions require a partial advance deposit via bKash. Estimated delivery dates for pre-order kits are indicative and subject to manufacturer shipment schedules.
8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
MADX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website downtime, courier delivery delays, or improper garment care. These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
