When an order is submitted, we record the selected jersey items, sizes, quantities, unit prices, customization fees, coupon discounts applied, payment method selected (such as Cash on Delivery, Pre-Order bKash Deposit, or SSLCOMMERZ), and order status progression.

To fulfill orders across Bangladesh, we collect your designated recipient name, street address, city, district, division, postal code, and contact phone number. When utilizing our 3D Customizer Studio, we save custom player names, player numbers, selected color patterns, and uploaded logo/sponsor graphics. Uploaded image assets are stored securely in encrypted cloud storage buckets (Supabase Storage) and accessed strictly via private signed URLs for kit printing production.

MADX uses essential HTTP-only cookies and local browser storage to maintain active customer authentication sessions, save items in your shopping cart, persist product wishlist choices, and preserve selected store taglines and announcement tickers.
8. Payment Information Security
MADX does NOT store credit card numbers, debit card PINs, or sensitive banking credentials on our servers. Online card and mobile financial wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, VISA, Mastercard) are processed securely through certified third-party payment gateways (SSLCOMMERZ).
